I loved it , everyone was so nice and helpful .
The rate was ok, but the car was beat up the shocks were bad the brakes were grinding no washer fluid I was in the middle of the highway and couldn't see went to wash the windshield and had to pull over to throw a bottle of water at the windshield cause I couldn't see.
I am gold member of hertz and Avis , but when I visit PR, it's always Charlie car rental, everyone is very efficient with courtesy
Even it's a little outside the airport. It's faster than inside the car rental building, it's in and out, very fast. They start this reward problem "belly" the more you rent, u get all kinds of upgrade bonus.
I always highly recommend Charlie to everyone visit PR. They are my car rental in PR for life.
