Loved the car no problems smooth ride
Charlie rental was not helpful when I called the office around 8PM to report of a car accident. I was never told that the car would have to be inspected by the government in order for the damages to be covered. The damage done to the rental vehicle was done by another vehicle and I was charged for the damages. I will not rent here again due to poor communication and advice in time of need.
When traveling to Puerto Rico I always rent with Charlie Car Rental.
