second time with them. staff very pollite and no pressure. best company for rentals. i travel at least four or five times a year, so i have experience with car rental companies. best by far.
Everything is great, just the pickups need to be adjusted we waited for 40 minutes after our designated pickup time and then three shuttles passed us because they weren't specific on we're to stand exactly. We were told the middle but then it came on the other side. Besides that I'm really happy with the car! I definitely would recommend and rent again!
Our family has always used Charlie's and have no reason to rent anywhere else.
