We had a great experience - we cut it a little bit close on returning the vehicle because there was only one employee to help us with the returning process and a very long line. If there were two employees, I believe it would have been a better experience. But the employee that helped us did a great job.

I greatly appreciate the transfer that was available to the cruise line pier when we returned the car.

Charlie Car Rental was fantastic. I originally booked through a third party and figured out that I could call Charlie car rental directly and book through them online which saved me $70.
I had a lot of questions which Charlie car rental was able to answer for me easily, particularly the one about the toll transponder.
When you rent in Puerto Rico I highly recommend paying the $9.99 for the transponder.
Also, unlimited miles!

Picked up in Condado by our hotel, dropped off that evening at the 24h location in Isla Verde. Made for a great day trip to the west coast of the island. Would definitely do it again.

Absolutely would highly recommend! Great location for pick-up and drop-off, knowledgeable and courteous staff. Have rented before and will do so again. Car was clean and good service. Thank you!
