Isaac picked me up at the Airport. He was very courteous and friendly. At the car rental place I was greeted by Josué who took care of me in a very professional manner. I noticed the staff was very friendly and created a very pleasant atmosphere. It was a great car rental experience. Keep up the good work!!!!!!!

The only thing that made me uncomfortable is the fact that we were told at the time of rental that the company doesn't work with any insurance companies. That made me feel a bit uncomfortable because had we had any emergency, it would be nice to know that Charlie Car would have been there for us. otherwise, the overall experience and value was very good.
