I think that the only area in need of improvement is the car return processing. It was crowded and the number of agents was limited. The delay affected my arrival to the terminal. I think that it is your one area that I was not satisfied about. Tried to enroll in the Rewards Program, while I was there, but I was not familiar with the system. To be honest I do not think that I was able to complete the enrollment.
We've rented cars from you multiple times. The staff is always great. The cars not so much.
This time the car was an absolute DISGRACE.
