My experience with Charlies car rental has always been a pleasurable one. getting of a plane and wanting to get on your way promptly with your rental and all...go to Charlies. I have never spent more than 10 minutes in their office. YES!

I always rent from Charlie when visiting Puerto Rico. This was my fourth time. They always have a nice, clean car waiting for me. The prices might be slightly higher than the big international companies, but I like working with local people. The staff is very helpful and courteous. I'm a customer for life!
Everything was perfect- the only complaint is that they don't just "hold" your deposit - they charge it and Ive been back home 2 days now and still no return of my $250 which I need !!
