I would like to say that the experience I had with the staff , the pick up and drop off the vehicle and transport from and to the airport was exceptional. I would highly recommend Charlie car rental to everyone.

Ramon is always helpful, courteous and very professional. I always rent from Charlie's when in Puerto Rico. One thing regarding the cars, it's theirs seats are too low but other than that, I have never had a problem.
we arrived early and once we reached the main office everything was wonderful. The automobile was ideal and more than what we had expected! The car ran great for the week and the office staff were very professional and knowledgeable. We were so pleased we joined their "frequent drivers" program and hope to be back soon!

More faster and efficient ; waiting on the line behind people that are renting was frustrating, specially when you have a flight to catch - other renting companies have a staff with a little scanner checking people out that makes the process a lot faster . Just a suggestion . Thank you
