I have been renting from charlie's for many years although they have good customer service and rates are good, until this time they have never offer me a free day rental, so far this year it has been like 3 times already cause I am a frecuent flyer. They are kinda cheap on offering free 1 day rental for good customers. Beside this they alright.
The experience was good, they driver was very prompt in the picking and dropping off to the airport.
All in all it was a good experience and I do recommend the company.

It is always a pleasure renting from charlie's good rates and customer service is ok. The only problem I have with them is that as much I rent car from them in a yearly basis they never offer me a free day rental as courtesy.
