Todo estuvo bien el servicio pero el vehiculo tenia muchas cucarachas, siempre he rentado de aqui y nunca tuve ningun problema

I did research and learned that most of the car rental agencies in San Juan tried to scam customers. I was really happy with Charlie Car. They were easy, upfront and smooth.
Overall experience was good. Great car selection and prices. Did not have any problem will rent a car from Charlie again on my next trip
I have been a customer of Charlie rental since the early 1980's and I keep returning primarily due to their competitive rates. Although a small rental company, they are as good as the big boys if not better (Hertz, Avis, Enterprise, etc)
Generally service is good and the cars are decent...however, the car I received on my last visit was the worse I've ever had. It had a lot of dings and dents compared to all the other times. All the other times the reservation was listed under my husband's name and this time it was under mine...so I would hate to think that they assumed because it was a woman renting, it wouldn't make a difference to give me a less than desirable one. On top of that I paid triple the amount than I ever had!
