Great that provide free airport shuttle
Check in process take too long, especially when you have to wait more time for those people that they don't know the car rental policy (INSURANCE ). I had to wait 45 minutes just for one person because he didn't know the process between paying with a debit card and credit card . And he had to call he's car insurance to see if he will coverage.
Everything was great as always. Only thing was car had no window wash fluid. Fluid check should be done on vehicles before they are rented out. Customer service is outstanding!

Our expereince with Charlie Car rental was great! The pick up and drop off to and from the airport was quick and easy. We are already planning our next trip to Puerto Rico and will be renting from Charlie!!
Glad to have not waited too long at the airport for pickup and van was newer and had air. Plus it was only about 5 minutes away from the airport. And no waiting in long lines.

this my second time that I rent a car with this company and I have to say the cars are great very clean perfect conditions and I hope they continue to be this way.
