Vehicle had obvious collision damage which I didn't mind, but I feel the vehicle shouldn't have left the lot like that.
Quick and economic. Best deal in the island.
I had to wait for 30 minutes for the car to come from another location even though I arrived to pick up the vehicle at the time that I requested.

Charles is the only car rental I use when I travel to Puerto Rico. Since I work for an airline in New York I do recommend my friends to rent from Charles. When they get back try tell me that they had no problem with the rental and the price can nit go wrong. Chalres car rental is my 1 set stop in Puerto Rico.
