Cheapest rental on the island!
It's good that you don't need to introduce the credit card in the web page when you do the reservation
For people out from USA, adding the car's insurance is quite expensive. Anything else was very fine
Not having automatic lockdown of the car was quite annoying

Long line to simply return the car. One employee only. Slow process. Improvements needed.
First person who attended me when I arrived was not friendly at all. He also over charged me for the rental. When I returned the car the young man who took care of me was friendly, knowledgeable, went out of his way to be nice. He corrected my bill; he charged my credit card the correct amount without me asking him to. I was impressed by his good customer service skills. This is why I rated great for courteous & helpful because of the young man who took care of me when I returned the car.
