Always try to use charlie car rental -good rates and employees are very nice
I only gave the care a "good" rating because the tire pressure warning light was on, and even though it was probably a sensor I worried at times that it was going flat. Other than that we love renting from Charlie Car. Local company that is great.

I like to think I'm a smart traveler -- (west eur, shanghai, hong kong, st lucia, turkey, greece). But somehow this time I messed up in PR with car rental logistics but Charlie's mgrs were kind and helpful. Not even sure I'm describing it right - booked car at one location, went to pick up from that location but car was at another location. No matter, the location I was at gave me a car. Then, returned car at WRONG location, but they accepted it and gave shuttle to hotel. Thank you!
Was very pleased with Carlie's Car Rental and would 100% rent from them again and recommend my friends to do the same.
I can not bear these additional costs.
First the internet price and the price when pickup time came was way off the car was dirty i couldn't see out the winsheld or back window the staff bad attitude . I was a customer for a while not no more not happy
