My friends and I had a TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE experience with your company in Aguadilla. We dealt with an extremely unhelpful employee who seemed to want to be as difficult to deal with as possible. I will never use your company again, and I plan on launching an actual complaint against one of your employees.
Picked up from airport very quickly, but wait at Charlie's to get car was long and unorganized.
The Vehicle I received was very dented .
Very easy pick-up/drop-off with Charlie, and the airport shuttle service was great -- convenient and came by frequently. Staff are generally courteous, but not always in the best mood. Minor issue for a good overall experience.
