The car definitely suited our needs for our stay in Puerto Rico. The only thing that was not great was the time delay from the time we called to getting picked up by the shuttle. It took a very long time for the phone to be answered and an equally long time for the shuttle to arrive. Otherwise, the service was good and the price was terrific when compared to the competition.
The car was not what I expected
I have been renting from Charlie's Car Rental for some time & I am very satified for the way the do business. In addition, they are of the very few companies that accept debit cards!!!
Great service - would highly recommend for anyone traveling to PR. Also - Johnny went out of his way to help us out when we transferred to another hotel. Thank you Johnny for your assistance! We miss PR already - will definitely use Charlie Car Rental again when we come back!
