A bit slow on both the pickup and dropoff end of things (close to an hour in both cases between airport transfer and lines at the office). My transactions were quite quick, in other words, once I was actually at the desk and dealing with an agent, things were very fast - about 5 minutes. So, clearly a big part of the issue is the other rental car customers. Perhaps setup some of sort of express self check-in/check-out to make the process faster for people who don't have complicated rental needs.
