Overall rental was great.
The vehicle had severe damages which could have turn into an accident. The bumper was falling apart. I informed the agent of the matter and was told they are aware and can't do anything about it. The car was filthy. I had to have it vaccumed and cleaned. The interior had stains that could have easily been cleaned by Charlie Car rental and was not. I've used them in the past in both Isla Verde and Aguadilla. What a huge difference in both locations. Things need to be improved.
I had to wait in a very long line to pickup the rental car. Once I was able to rent the car, the staff was very nice during pickup and return and after the return the shuttle promptly drove us to the airport. I would rent from Charlie Car again because I think the prices are better than the competitors.

This is like the 4th time I rent with Charlie and has been a fair deal, I hate when there are hidden charges or a company tries to get over on the people..My daughter rented from Allied and they tried ripping her off with the E Pass tolls "Per Day" charge / We won't be renting from them anymore ! Charlie Car Rental is the best and easiest car rental service I have ever used. I have used them in the past and have never had any experiences that were not positive. The first place I look for a rental car is Charlie.
