The staff was very helpful with directions.
It would ideal if the agency were located within the San Juan airport. The shuttle service is fine, but does take extra time....perhaps that keeps their prices so reasonable. So it may just be a compromise a customer has to make in order to get a good value.

Everything was great with the minivan rental. Best rate available and no problems despite arriving in San Juan at 1am. I would rent here again in the future. See you next trip to PR Charlie.

The shuttle was immediate both coming and going. Check in and out was super easy. The rates beat most in town. Very nice car.

When we got there the guy at the desk was extremely pleasant, understanding and patient with all of our questions. We rented a minivan and it was in good shape and very clean! This was a good company to rent with and a good experience. Very smooth transaction.
