My only wish is that I could have rented a jeep despite being under 25. Puerto Rico road conditions are not the best for small compact vehicles like the Hyundai Accent I was given.

The staff was very helpful with directions.
It would ideal if the agency were located within the San Juan airport. The shuttle service is fine, but does take extra time....perhaps that keeps their prices so reasonable. So it may just be a compromise a customer has to make in order to get a good value.
