It was a good vehicle to drive but the only issue I had was the car was very dirty inside. The car was not clean nor inspected at all. This something that need to be check before renting a car. The car I rented was not inspected inside especially outside if I would not take pictures I would have pay another person damage for the rental car. I went inside the rental place before I left let the gentleman know he stated it was already written.
Took over one hour to be picked up at airport in the late night while traveling with kids. The vehicle was not fully ready and needed fuel even though “inspection sheet” was marked full. Too long of process. Vehicle inside was not very clean.
We rent at Charles 2x every year we are in PR. We recommend to all our clients. Cheapest fare we found in car rental. People are friendly and car is always clean. They are quick accommodating!
The service was good and the car was excellent very economy car
Very Decent rates. If you are going to drive out of the city, need to be aware of tolls. Apparently have to prepay tolls which is a bit of a rip off.
Better to fill up the gas tank yourself.

The car had body damage and drove terrible. It seemed like in needed brake pads and suspension issues. I would recommend taking it to a mechanic and body shop
Super easy! I went online, filled out the app real quick and went to to pick it up. I signed a few papers and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I was so shocked how fast the whole process was. Returning the car was even easier. You parked it in the assigned “return “ spot, walk-in and five minutes later walk out. Super friendly staff and best prices. I did my research and Charlie was the least expensive.
