Rude service, dishonest charges
Was very satisfied with our rental experience!
Charlie's was the most efficient and courteous rental agency we have used in Puerto Rico. They would be my first choice when we return to the island! Most important they did not try to upsell us on additional services and fee's. We paid what we were quoted! This is a first! Thank you.

I made a reservation for a compact car and thay had ready a 3 foor car for me after I told the guy helping me I didn't want that car he promptly gave me a 4 door car at no extra expense the price was great and the customer service awesome I will definitely rent from them again.
The shuttle wasn't running around the time of my reservation pickup (4am -- I understand why, but the claim was 24 hour service) and I couldn't reach the office by phone. After a 15-30 minute delay I did reach the office and the shuttle did arrive, so it wasn't that bad.
Nice company, easy pick up from the cruise terminal.
