We upgraded the caramel that second car was duty inside. We took it back and the lady who took care of us very rude. We decided to returned the car. We will never again go to Charlie car rental.
very good except the driver passed by us once and we had to wait 15 more minutes
It was good as in previous years. Loved the new airport shuttle vehicle too.
Thank you so much guys for making this car rental experience so easy, I've rented cars before from other business and they confused me so much and always trying to make me pay for stuff I don't need because I'm a tourist and I don't know. The shuttle service was very easy to use and the instructions about the whole process of picking up/returning the car were very clear.

Pick up and return lines/times could have been better.
Well the vehicle was dirty never clean, beside that it was fine. Also i paid in advance for the gas, but was told that if i bring it full that the $23.00 would be credit and i have not.
We got a nice, brand new car for a good value. Highly recommend!
