Very good experience start to finish
They need to make sure all the tires have adequate air pressure before giving the cars to the customers.
This happened to me twice. Other than that the staff is always friendly and helpful, the cars are reliable and the prices can't be beat. I always rent from Charlie's.

When I am checking in please do not answer the phone and talk to someone while I wait. Get another person to answer phone calls. Wait on the person that is physical there. The person you can see. Coustomer relation 101.
