We love Charlies and always recommend it to others. We love Venus at the Condado office although we didn't get to see her on our last visit.

I had a reservation and day of pickup they tell me the car is Not available till maybe the next day and they could Not even confirm a time, didn't call me ahead of time to inform me so I can make other arrangements or offer a vehicle close to comparison only offer a different car I was not even interested when you pre plan your stay you expect No less. *Communication and Customer Satisfaction was not met
Very prompt pick up and return service to the airport. From calling upon arrival at SJU to arrival at Charlie's was just under 15 minutes. Very short shuttle ride. Price quoted was price paid, no hidden fees or extras. I highly recommend.
