Great customer service
Car rental services were excellent.
If your are going to PR, you need to rent from Charile, they are professional, new cars and the staff was super friendly. Do not rent from third party vendors, they're a scam!!!! Also, if you are renting from Charlie, please read the instructions before you go as it will help you tremendously buy saving time and money. I brought my declaration page for my insurance and it was accepted without any issues, they will take a deposit which they will give back if no issues with the car. Kudos!!!!

Tires were a bit worn, and sone car damage
I reserved online and at the time it did not tell me or include in the quote the insurance value. I have no car insurance, and I was a bit surprised when I found out how much more it would cost me when I added the mandatory insurance. The online system should be more explicit, so people are aware of these charges before they go to the office to pick up the car. It is possible that there was some sort of warning, but if I missed it, I'm sure others will as well.
