Good place to rent from
I have been a loyal customer for years. I do not have words to express how great Charlie Car Rental is.
Several years ago, I had a family crisis that required me to constantly extend my stay in Puerto Rico.
Charlie Auto showed me so much kindness and understanding...and patience. I will always be a customer;
and, I won't care if they become the most expensive in the business (which they're not). I will always be a Charlie Auto fan.

In Isla Verde San Juan, I was given a bad smelling car and was asked not to smoke in it. (I don't even smoke). The male receptionist was rude and wanted to see the people behind me (who were Caucasian) and minimized my concerns about the insurance. I brought the car to the Condado Charlies where I was staying and requested a new car which I received. When I returned it, the female receptionist told me I had to take it to the Isla Verde Charlies as she had no transportation to the airport. Poor.
When I made the reservation I made a mistake with the date, I call it back and corrected it I was told no problem , when I arrived in Puerto Rico I was told there was no reservation for me ,reservation was canceled because they d'int fixed it we I called, cost me more money .when I returned the car I was told to get in the van ,young man told me be right back I noticed he was out in the back of the yard cleaning cars I waited half an hour before you get to the airport I actually ended up being!
