Efficient and friendly with great rates
Everything was excellent. For both picking up the car and returning it, it was a prompt in and out and the staff was very helpful.
I always have a fantastic experience with Charlie and that's why I choose to return to them over and over again. Not only is the company professional on every level, but the guys who run the operation are kind and friendly. And that makes all the difference to me.

Would be good if you had printed instructions about driving to Charlie's, Isla Verde location, when returning the car. We had GPS, but still got lost. We called your office ... who were very helpful ..... and gave us the name of the hotels across the street as benchmark locations. It worked.... and we were not late! Thanks.

It was very nice how you could pick up/drop off at different locations for no extra charge. The shuttle to the airport was nice and convenient.
This was our 3rd time renting from Charlies but the 1st time at the Aguadilla airport location. Charlies has never failed to honor their quote and provide a clean safe "almost new" vehicle. Jessica at Charlies provided excellent customer service at pickup, drop off and several phone calls as I kept extending my rental. The fact she is fluent in English is quite helpful since my Spanish is essentially nonexistent. You may find a cheaper deal but the little bit more I spent eliminated any worries.
