Charlie employees do a great job
the staff at isla verde are great. i have rented numerous times and i have never had a problem. a few times i was also upgraded, and have been pleasently suprised with larger cars than at other rental agencies. i would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone, and i have recommended them to everybody that asks. i give them 5 grass skirts...........t j partridge

We were picked up promptly, but there was a relatively long line and only one person to wait on everyone. We were lucky to be near the front of the line. Other had to wait a very long time, but were kind enough to let us jump to the front when we had to come back in with a quick question about the car.
Everytime I go to PR there is where I rent. Staff is always courteus and the price is good.
