Car was in excellent condition and very clean. Rates were great. Check in and out was a breeze and prompt pickup and dropoff to the nearby airport. Would definitely recommend.
I was quoted one price and when I picked up the car the price was higher, the associate told me he had no authority to change the price, even though he saw the original quote on my cellphone that Charlies sent me the day before our trip.NOT Cool

Both getting and dropping off the car was very quick. No inspection hassles. Easy to make changes to the agreement. I rent from Charlie's again.
