I been renting for years. Good staff
On the last day of our rental we received a parking ticket when we were parked in a designated parking area. Charlie's Rental Cars needs to establish some way to pay the city for tourists going out of town and unable to contest the ticket in court. It is mighty convenient that Charlie's gets a 'kickback' processing fee for each ticket distributed by the city.
I've used charlie Car rental 5 or 6 times over the years and they are amazing. I highly recommend this location
