Charlie rentals has a to do better on under standing car insurance policies. I had to go out of my way to provide additional proof my insurance company was covered in PR.

They are the absolute best in Puerto Rico. We use them every time. Just make sure you make reservations ahead of time and remember to bring proof of insurance showing coverage includes liability and how much is deductible. We keep a copy of insurance info with our travel papers. This applies to all car rentals in PR.
