Will never rent fron local businesses here I'm always trying to support the local economy. But this company do business different, I got to their location just to found out that my reservation was cancel necause I was 4 hours late, not minding that someone can missed or be delay on a flight. There I was in P.R @ 7pm. 11/23/22 with no car for next 8 days. Immediately got ro search for a car and 4 my surprise within 30 minutes found Alamo for about $100 more than Charlie's reservation
The best part was the we were able to pickup and drop off the car in the Condado area . Thanks
