Venus, the person who took care of my returning the car at the Condado location, is an expert in customer assistance. I appreciate her attentiveness and her willingness to pro actively assist.
Please buy some new infant car seats! The ones you have are old and dont fit into the newer cars and are not very safe. Also it would be good to train your staff in how to install them. Otherwise we had a wonderful experience and would rent from Charlie cars again, but only if you have new and safer car seats for our kid.

You should really consider having a GSP tracking device. We were not USA citizens so we do not have a cellphone to use google maps. We had to use roaming on our cellphones when we got lost, really expensive. The car was great, but frankly I would rather pay the same or more with another car rental with GPS.
The attendant was very helpful & nice. I'm planning on renting from them again when I come back.
The check in process was horrendously SLOW! There was no attempt to access our reservation. From the time we got to the counter (ie talking to some) until they time we left it took at least 25 minutes. Since a few people were there ahead of us, it took one hour to drive out with a car from the time we arrived at the rental building until we had the car. Very bad. I would not recommend this to company because of the check in process. Fix that and it would be great.
