One of the best no problem or issue with them will rent with them any time.
They need to improve the return area to be quicker since everybody else (Avis, Budget, Dollar, etc.) have electronic things to do this process with this guys you need to wait for the attendant to see you and do the inspection personally and that takes a lot of time. Other thing is that they need to be more aware for people that are traveling since we were waiting there for 25 minutes for the shuttle to appear to take us to the airport. But they were very courteous I'll give that to them.

It was not mentioned that a van would pick us up to take us to the rental office. I walked, with my two-year-old AND our luggage, following the 'car rental' signs to the other rental hub. I had to ask other people what to do. Unacceptable

this is the 3rd time I have rented from Charlies. I am also happy to know your service is also available in Aquadilla since we will probably fly into the Aquadilla airport for future trips.
