This is the only place we rent our car we travel a lot and we love there services and staff I recommend this place to all my friends and family always is a pleasure to see this people great cars and services u will love them.
Had several people tell me to rent from "Charlies". Both Puerto Rican and non Puerto Ricans. It was great advice. Will rent from them again and recumbend them to others. Of course, assuming I get my deposit back.
The staff at Charlie Car are great! We were shuttled within minutes to and from the airport. The car was in good shape and ran well.

Everything was great except for we forgot to look at the gas tank before we took it and when we returned it we were charged money for not a full tank and we literally drove it for less than 10 mins.. we were charged 18.00 ..... not that that is a lot of money but we felt a little cheated,,,,
Very nice people work there. Unreasonable penalties. ($7 a gallon to refill when turning in without gas?)
