Worst rental experience i have ever had. Bug infestation in vehicle that was biting ius, so we had to get a new vehicle. Sent us 1.5 hours away to swap…
And gave $40 off. New vehicle was Missing a rim. Vehicle would struggle accelerating after 45 mph. Front bumper was being held together by screws. Brakes screeched. Will never rent again.
Everything was easy - from pickup at the airport to the rental experience to the return. The staff was clear about the options for paying tolls and about the pros/cons of pre-buying gas. The one thing that I did notice was how many people simply don't pay attention to the insurance requirement, and end up causing huge delays for people waiting to rent. The company is clear about what you need in regard to liability, so pay attention and you will have a faster experience.
The package you offer for tolls, they are to high.

I have not expected to pay for liability insurance.
Charged my card for my insurance deductible of $500 (instead of just a hold) but promptly refunded it with receipt upon return.
The vehicle rented was not the midsized I reserved. FORD Echosport was 2021 car, interior was dirty ,stained seats and horsepower was poor. First time kind of disappointed with car was given. Customer service and the person who picked us and dropped us from and to the airport was very friendly, and cautious with traffic.
Besides that I will rent again.
The staff was great, the line was a little long and customers were not ready with their documents so that took longer and is not the rental company’s fault, however there were only two clerks. I did upgraded my vehicle and it was available but the vehicle had a smell and it was dirty inside and it was noted by my clerk. Other than that my experience was great. Return was fast as well as the shuttle back to the airport
My credit card was declined. After calling the credit card company, I was informed that it was your system. The charged had never been put thru to the card. It added more stress to my day. Hope you can fix this issue.
I requested a med-size and was given an Eco-Star SUV saying it was an upgrade. The vehicle had many interior stains and ran poorly.
