The employee behind the desk never smiled, was rude, and was not helpful. I had a letter from my insurance company stating my coverage and that it applies to Puerto Rico. The employee insisted that only a verbal verification from my insurance company was acceptable. This was on a Sunday evening making this request impossible. He grudgingly accepted it but only after slapping my credit card with a $1,000 deposit. Charlie’s management should reassign him to a non-customer related position.

Worst rental experience i have ever had. Bug infestation in vehicle that was biting ius, so we had to get a new vehicle. Sent us 1.5 hours away to swap…
And gave $40 off. New vehicle was Missing a rim. Vehicle would struggle accelerating after 45 mph. Front bumper was being held together by screws. Brakes screeched. Will never rent again.
