Staff was friendly and helpful.
The service I received was excellent. The staff made everything easy to understand. I have rented from Charlie many times.
Excellent customer service. Picked up at Isla Grande and brought to the nearest location where our car was waiting. Venus was the rental agent, very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The car was great and we had a wonderful time. First time I have used Charlie Car Rental but will definitely do so again. Thank you.

Great service, and the shuttle service to the cruice port is a plus.
The rental price did not include mandatory insurance so it was hard to compare prices. It was more expensive than expected. The the fan (and hence the air conditioning) did not work. Did not receive any compensation for that.
They didn't hold our car even though we called to tell them we were on the ground and waiting to be picked up. The concept that they would give away a car after single hour is a terrible policy in general!
The first shuttle driver was on his cell phone and did not see me waving him down at the airport, so we had to wait another 15+ minutes for the next shuttle to arrive. Other than that, I was very pleased with the service
The car wasn't available because I got there ealy, but an upgrade was available.
Straightforward and satisfactory car rental programme. Will defenitely use this company again when travelling to PR.
