All good. This is my third time renting a Charlie Car. Cheapest and best. Will rent from them again.

First day when I rented the call the tire sensor was on. I immediately took it back and they filled out the tires. That very same day, the front passenger tire was flat. I understand this things happens. However, when I call the agency instead of telling me "not to worry we will send someone right up" as you would expect, they told me to change the tire and "that they will give me another car" like they were doing me a favor. I had rent from Charlie before and normally I don't have any issues.
We upgraded to a van on arrival. Turned out to be a brand new vehicle so that was an unexpected bonus. Clerk was really good at explaining routes and the toll system. Great experience,
I arrived to Puerto Rico at 3:25 am. I called for the shuttle to pick me up. They said the driver was on break and to wait 20-30 mins for the shuttle or take a cab to the site. I did not know where the cabs were. I am picked up around 430. I tell the guy at the counter that it was unsat to have me waiting almost an hour for a break. He says they base the breaks based on rental time. I will not schedule a rental for 330 if I arrive at 330. Asked for an upgrade but wasn't given one for the bad ser
Charlie's is a good value and reliable. Only concern was the wait at the main office to get to the airport. Flight was at 5am. Got to main office just after 3. Had to wait about 20 minutes for shuttle driver (who was there) to leave the office for trip to airport. We made it, but just barely with all of the lines. Suggest you publish the shuttle departure times.
