The 10 minute wait was more like 25 for pickup. The windows were really dirty, so dirty that at sundown we could barely see through the dinginess.
We had to take a taxi to the rental place because it was busy with pick ups. Taxi costs were paid by Charlie Car Rental. I have had problems with my creditcard with the deposit you are charging. This was below my expectations. I am managing a car rental place myself and when someone is taking a full coverage with US$0,- deductible, I think it is not fair to charge a deposit of US$ 250,-. Also they didn't made an authorization, but a sale. This is really strange in my eyes. Rest was OK.

More light colored autos available for tropical heat reflection , white , silver , gold colors are the best ! Darker colors overheat guickly , making the interior harder to stay cool ! Wasting fuel for engine running air conditioning on higher fan speed and always on !
Always happy when renting from Charlie Car Rental. But, renting from them depends on a reasonal weekly rate. When it is high I look elsewhere.
Had a problem with the first car, the engine light went on. No Problem at all, we brought the car back and exchange it for another car. Took only a few minutes and we were on our away again.
