I always enjoy renting from Charlie Rental. But it comes down to a reasonable daily and weekly rate. During my last visit their rates were almost double the best rate available, so I rented elsewhere.

I have rented from Charlies for years and am always completely satisfied with you guys.
The car we had this time handled all the roads we went on and some were in the mountains but no problem.
I always recommend you to people when they are going to PR. Like I said always completed happy with vehicle and all the people.
It was good with the exception of that $ retained to guarantee something that I don't know. In every state that I go if I rent for a total of $100. 00 that's what I pay. Here your total is $85, but they freeze out of your credit card some amount three times what you are expected to pay.

ALWAYS GOOD TO RENT FROM CHARLES
IT took a while for airport pickup and a while to be issued the car. If those processes could be sped up you all would receive the highest of marks in my book. Other than that it was great. Thanks
We had to wait almost an hour for our ride back to the cruise port.The office person was rather rude and not helpful when we questioned him about the ride back.
He charged the full amount for the retainer to our credit card and then at the end gave us a refund.
This cost me 10 cents to the doller as the credit cards company has different exchange rates for charges and refunds.
This has never happened to me before in years of car rental. They always fill out a slip but don't charge the card
