IT took a while for airport pickup and a while to be issued the car. If those processes could be sped up you all would receive the highest of marks in my book. Other than that it was great. Thanks
We had to wait almost an hour for our ride back to the cruise port.The office person was rather rude and not helpful when we questioned him about the ride back.
He charged the full amount for the retainer to our credit card and then at the end gave us a refund.
This cost me 10 cents to the doller as the credit cards company has different exchange rates for charges and refunds.
This has never happened to me before in years of car rental. They always fill out a slip but don't charge the card

The price quoted through the online booking service was extremely misleading. There were numerous other fees on top of the quoted price, which caused my rental cost to double. This service should notify clients that they quoted cost does not include various other fees.
I was disappointed by the fact that you no longer have a price match guarantee. The price paid to Charlie was almost 50% above others for the same class of car. I probably will try another rental agency the next time I have a need for a rental. If you were within 10% of your competitors, I would still rent from you, but your price is way out of line!
