Good company but the paper work is old school

Great service!
The price quoted through the online booking service was extremely misleading. There were numerous other fees on top of the quoted price, which caused my rental cost to double. This service should notify clients that they quoted cost does not include various other fees.
I was disappointed by the fact that you no longer have a price match guarantee. The price paid to Charlie was almost 50% above others for the same class of car. I probably will try another rental agency the next time I have a need for a rental. If you were within 10% of your competitors, I would still rent from you, but your price is way out of line!

This was the second time I have rented with Charlie's and I plan to continue to do so when I visit P.R. I have had only good experiences with the cars, service, and staff.
