We're in Puerto Rico 4 times a year totaling 13 weeks in actual time. Charlie's is, by far,not only the best car rental company in Puerto Rico, it is also the best bargain available.
From the shuttle to customer service to to maintenance Charlie's is a 10!!!!

The people were very friendly and helpful. I was least happy with my selection of a Jeep (no fault of the agency). I would pick another option next time.
You should provide some upgrades on the site as other companies do.
