Knowledgeable, fully bilingual staff
Was disappointed that had to call in order to be picked up from airport. Even with a reservation with our arrival time, no shuttle came by the airport until we called. Airport security even said the shuttle would be by, but after 40 minutes, we had to call in order to be picked up. For a better customer experience, if a customer has a confirmed reservation made well in advance, the shuttle should be there waiting for their arrival.

I have been renting from Charlie Car Rental for over 20 years. No other gives me a better rate, the cars are always new and clean, and service is excellent. I highly recommend this agency, and I plan to continue renting from Charlie Car Rental for all my future trips to Puerto Rico.

super quick check-in when I dropped off the car, and whisked right onto the airport shuttle -- very professional place
I arrived with Jet Blue at Gate A and was told that I had to walk all the way to Gate B to be pick up. I have a bad foot...not easy with two suitcases.The driver was courteous as usual and the new bus was great.FYI, I use your firm 2-3 times a year and I recommend you to all my guests that stay at my Marbella condo. I will continue to do so but you should pick up passengers at all gates.
