Charlie Car Rental is the best on the island as far as I am concerned. We have been using Charlie Car rental for many years now. Never any surprises. The price they quote is the price you get. The car they promise is the car you get. The check in is quick and easy and you are on your way pretty quickly. I would recommend Charlie Car Rental to one and all on the Island of Puerto Rico.
super quick check-in when I dropped off the car, and whisked right onto the airport shuttle -- very professional place
I arrived with Jet Blue at Gate A and was told that I had to walk all the way to Gate B to be pick up. I have a bad foot...not easy with two suitcases.The driver was courteous as usual and the new bus was great.FYI, I use your firm 2-3 times a year and I recommend you to all my guests that stay at my Marbella condo. I will continue to do so but you should pick up passengers at all gates.

We rented from Charlie Car in Dec 2014, and it was SO easy!! It was the obvious choice for our most recent trip in Nov2015. We reserved our car online to get a special 5% discount that was honored, and the whole process could not have been easier. We really appreciate the free shuttle to and from the airport - and all the employees were so nice and helpful to recommend things to do in the area. We will definitely rent from Charlie Car again on our next trip!

Told to wait in parking lot across from cruise terminal for shuttle pickup. My wife and I stood there with my luggage in pouring rain waited for shuttle to show up about half hour later. Other than that, it was good experience.

Charlie has always been good. No problem, the problem is when problems do happens. They turn into piratas.
