There was a slight acceleration problem with the vehicle, it would stick a little, but nothing that kept us unsafe or off the road. it was a comfortable car and excellent on mileage. the staff were fantastic and informative. I would use their service again.

The staff was very courteous. I did not feel pressured into taking additional insurance.Upon returning the car near the airport we were taken as soon as we finished. We did not have to wait for additional passengers, even though there was another couple returning their car. The driver helped us load and unload our luggage. We were very happy that we rented our car with Charlie Car Rental.
