All of serviced received and rental rate is perfect. The only way I go another car rental is because Charlie car rental have no car available

We've been renting from Charlie since 2001, although it has not always been the best rate. Service has declined in recent years. Our last rental was extremely disappointing; it took over an hour to be given the keys to a car we had already reserved. We attempted to give the rep. our paperwork and he said it was not needed, but tried to give us a subcompact when we reserved a midsize and argued that we had indeed reserved a subcompact. The car was filthy. Sadly, we will no longer be renting here.
