There was a bit of a wait for the airport shuttle, but still reasonable. By far the best rates around.
We rented four mid-size cars for a week long mission trip in mid-November. We were picked up by the van promptly. The staff at the Isla Verde location was very courteous and knowledgeable. The cars were all 2022s, clean and performed well. Our checkout also went smoothly. The only downside I can think of was that the cars had several scrapes and dings, but not unsightly, either The condition of the cars is not surprising based on the driving in Puerto Rico!

Charlie is the best hands down. Always friendly courteous and has a shuttle always at the San Juan airport waiting which is always convenient. Will rent again from Charlie.
