The car sounded like it needed maintenance (maybe some rotor noise?), but it got us through our rental period without incidence. Excellent prices, much lower online than when calling to make a reservation. Online booking process excellent but when I needed help and called to finish booking, the price quote was much higher. Ended the call and completed my reservation online.
Outstanding Customer Service.
I was highly pleased with my Charlie Car rental experience. Other national agencies received TERRIBLE reviews for expediency, customer service, etc. Charlie received A+ reviews across the board so we chose to go with them and I were absolutely affirmed in our decision. I will never rent from anyone else in Puerto Rico and I will absolutely recommend Charlie to all of my friends traveling there. No question about that.

Charlie Car Rental staff are always very courteous and super efficient at this Condado location! This particular car had brakes that were somewhat problematic (tight), but other than that, it was fine.

i have rented with Charlie 6 times in the last 5 years,and always have good value for my money,it is my company of choice when i travel to Puerto Rico.maybe in the future a loyalty program for customers.
She withheld more money from my credit card than she supposed to. When I returned the vehicle a different person told me was a mistake from the other employee, she withhold way to much money for my rental,anyway this person fixed the problem. thank you
