GREAT!
Absolutely wonderful
I've been renting from Charlie Car Rental since 1997 and will continue to do so. Their service is superb.
It would be much safer for the customers if they would not place the car rental logo on there cars. We become easy targets for crooks who want to highjack us.
Thc Kia car was dented in lots of places and scratches.
the customer service is great, however, the car that we had was terrible. it had all sorts of rambling noises even at slow speed and "check engine" light went up on the second day.

The people are great. I will never rent from Avis or Budget again when visiting PR.
They are island time so they are never in a hurry to wait on you but that's fine lol. The cars are always perfect and the prices can't be beat
Exterior of car was dirty because they were not permitted to wash them due to ongoing drought. Pick up at the airport was prompt, as was drop off. Would rent again.
