The service was great. the staff was so nice and helpful, the car was great and brand new, very clean, i would definitely rent from here when i go back to PR. you guys exceeded my expectation. i was alone with a baby, car seat and 2 suitcases and did not have to carry anything... the guys were very friendly and awesome!!!

transparency should always be up front when it comes to additional insurance coverage, especially when one comes in with proof of insurance and knowledge of his or her coverage.
vehicle did have several dents and scratches. The Charlie name paste on front and back of dumper is a dead give away that the car is rented and the driver is a tourist.
