Very satisfied with the staff. Could not ask for better service.
The person that rented the vehicle to me immediately tried to screw us into paying for the insurance by telling us it was mandatory if we didn't have a credit card. Turned out if I showed proof of insurance I did not have to buy their insurance but he made no mention of that option. Also when I returned the vehicle I observed another employee telling a customer that there was an inspection form listing any dents or damage and he should double check the vehicle. I was never told about this.
I always you you guys when I come to Puerto Rico and will definitely do so again!
